Plantation Bay is the gated golf and country club community just west of I-95, between US-1 and Old Dixie Highway, with an Ormond Beach address. It sits right on the Flagler and Volusia county line, with most of its land on the Flagler side, and it has entrances on both sides of that line. With 45 holes of golf, a new clubhouse and a steady stream of new homes going up, it’s one of the bigger communities we serve.

Moving into a new home
