A previous tenant left racking, a desk and a pile of shop scrap. When the lease is ending or you need the floor space back, it all has to go out the door at once.
Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured hauler based in Palm Coast. For more than nine years we’ve cleared business spaces from the industrial parks off US-1 and I-95 in Flagler and Volusia to small shops in St. Augustine.
How it works

3. We haul it away
Our crew shows up and everything goes into our 15-yard dump trailer.

Before we get there
- Separate what stays from what goes. Tape, tags or a marked-off area of the floor works well.
- Pallet racking and mezzanines need to be taken down by your racking company. We haul the pieces.
- No chemicals, oils, fuel or paint. Those need a hazardous waste hauler.
- Tell us about the loading dock. A roll-up door with room for a trailer makes a big job go faster.

Do you take pallets?
Yes. Wood pallets and broken crates are one of the most common things we haul from businesses.
Can you take down pallet racking?
No. We only haul. Your racking company takes it down, and we haul the uprights and beams away.
Can you work around business hours?
Yes. We’re open 7 AM to 9 PM every day, so early mornings, evenings and weekends all work.
How do you price a warehouse cleanout?
By how much of the 15-yard trailer it fills. A full load is $595, and bigger jobs are priced as more than one load.
