There’s furniture, mattresses, clothes, old food, a garage full of junk and a pile out by the curb that the HOA is already writing letters about. Before the property can be fixed up, listed or rented again, it all has to go.

Follow the rules first

For evictions, make sure the legal process is finished and you have the right to remove the belongings before you book us. If you’re not sure, check with your attorney or property manager first.

Everything goes into our 15-yard dump trailer and leaves with us. We don’t leave a dumpster sitting in the driveway, which matters when the house is about to hit the market.
