The Hammock is the strip of barrier island along A1A between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, running from around Marineland down toward Painters Hill, just north of Flagler Beach. Most people get there from Palm Coast over the Hammock Dunes Bridge at the east end of Palm Coast Parkway, or up A1A from Flagler Beach. It’s a mix of oceanfront condos, townhomes, golf course homes at Hammock Dunes and Hammock Beach, and older single-family homes on the quieter streets near Bing’s Landing and Washington Oaks.
Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured junk hauler based in Palm Coast. The Hammock is a short drive over the bridge from us. You text us photos, we text back a price, and our crew hauls it away in our 15-yard dump trailer.

What we haul from The Hammock
- Condo and townhome furniture. Sofas, bed frames, dressers and dining sets when a unit is updated or sold.
- Vacation and rental homes. Worn-out furniture, old mattresses and boxed linens between guests or after a refresh.
- Lanai, balcony and pool deck furniture. Salt air is hard on patio sets, so we see a lot of rusted frames and faded cushions.
- Beach gear. Old beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes and boogie boards stacked in a garage or storage closet.
- Garage cleanouts. Golf clubs, storage totes, old fridges and shelving in the golf community homes.
- Storm debris. Branches, palm fronds and ruined outdoor furniture after a hurricane or nor’easter.
Gated communities on The Hammock
Several neighborhoods on The Hammock are gated, including Hammock Dunes and the Island Estates neighborhood inside it. For those, we coordinate gate access or a gate code with you before the job, so the crew isn’t held up at the gate.
For condo buildings, let us know about elevators, parking and any building rules when you text. Many HOAs and condo associations ask that piles not sit at the curb or in the parking lot, so leave things in the unit, garage or storage closet and text us photos. We’ll come haul it from where it is.
Vacation homes and out-of-town families
A lot of homes on The Hammock are second homes. If you live up north part of the year, you don’t need to fly down for a cleanout. A job can be set up entirely by text: you send photos (or have a neighbor, property manager or cleaner send them), we agree on a price, and we set up a time and how we’ll get in. After a storm
