Florida attics are hot, tight and easy to forget about. Up the pull-down ladder there’s usually a path of plywood with boxes on both sides: holiday decorations, old tax papers, baby clothes, a dusty suitcase, the box the TV came in years ago. When you’re selling, moving or just tired of not knowing what’s up there, it all has to come down.
Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured junk hauler based in Palm Coast. We’ve cleared attics, garages and storage spaces across Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia counties for more than nine years.

How an attic cleanout works
- Text us photos from the ladder or the attic floor, plus the hatch or stairway size.
- Pull out anything you’re keeping. Old photos and papers tend to turn up in attics, so take a quick look first.
- We haul it away. You point out what stays, and the rest comes down and leaves in our trailer. In summer, ask for a 7 AM start, when the attic is at its coolest.
A few things don’t come out of the attic with us: paint cans, chemicals, or anything with signs of pests or mold. We don’t do pest or mold cleanup.

Frequently asked questions
Can you clear an attic with a pull-down ladder?
Yes. Tell us the size of the hatch or stairway when you text, and we’ll plan for it.
Can you start early in the summer?
Yes. We’re open from 7 AM every day, and an early start is the best time for a Florida attic.
Do you take old insulation?
Only if it’s already bagged. We don’t strip insulation out of the attic.
What won’t you take from the attic?
Paint, chemicals and anything with pests or mold. We don’t do pest, mold or biohazard cleanup.
How much is an attic cleanout?
It’s priced by how much of the 15-yard trailer the attic fills. Most attics fall between a quarter and a half load.
