Island Estates is the gated neighborhood inside Hammock Dunes in Palm Coast, on its own island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Florida East Coast Canal. You reach it through a guarded gate off the west side of A1A and over a private bridge, then along Island Estates Parkway. Every homesite is on the water, lots run one to two acres, and homes are large, many of them well over 3,000 square feet with docks out back.
Big houses collect a lot of stuff. Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured junk hauler based in Palm Coast, just across the Hammock Dunes Bridge. You text us photos, we text back a price, and our crew hauls it away in our 15-yard dump trailer.

Downsizing a large waterfront home
A 4,000 or 5,000 square foot home can fill two or three trailer loads, sometimes more. The easiest way to handle it:
- Pick out what’s going with you, plus anything family members or an estate sale company are taking.
- Text us photos of each room that’s left, plus the garage and lanai.
- We give you a price by the load and set a day. Big homes can be done over more than one visit.
