Cleaning out a condo is different from a house. There’s an elevator to reserve, a building manager to check in with, a parking area where trailers aren’t welcome and a fourth-floor walkway between the unit and the elevator. Along the coast from Flagler Beach to Daytona Beach Shores and New Smyrna Beach, plenty of condo buildings have their own rules for moving days.
Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured hauler from Palm Coast. For more than nine years we’ve cleared condos, apartments and townhomes for owners, families, landlords and property managers.

Our crew shows up and everything goes into our 15-yard dump trailer.

Working with the building
- Check your building’s rules. Some require a certificate of insurance, elevator padding or a set time window. We’re licensed and insured, so just tell us what the building needs.
- Reserve the service elevator if your building has one.
- Tell us where the trailer can park, and whether there’s a height limit in the garage.
- Mark what stays. Tape or sticky notes on anything that isn’t going works well.

Can you work with my condo’s HOA rules?
Yes. Tell us about elevator reservations, time windows or insurance paperwork, and we’ll plan around them.
Do you need the service elevator?
For bigger jobs, yes. Reserve it if your building has one, and tell us which floor the unit is on.
Can you clear out the storage cage too?
Yes. Storage cages, closets and assigned garage spaces can be part of the same job.
