Metal junk is heavy, sharp and awkward. It’s the old swing set frame behind the shed, the stack of steel shelving in the garage, the aluminum from the old screen room and the car parts that have been “for a project” since 2018. It doesn’t fit in the trash can, and it’s rough on a pickup bed.
Extreme Junk Removal is a family-owned, licensed and insured junk removal company from Palm Coast. For more than nine years we’ve been hauling heavy junk out of yards, garages and job sites from St. Augustine to New Smyrna Beach, and we have 200+ Google reviews.
How it works

We look at the size and weight and text you back a price.
3. We haul it away
Our crew shows up and everything goes into our 15-yard dump trailer.

- Old bikes, lawn mowers with the gas and oil drained, and wheelbarrows

- Rebar, metal roofing and pipe from a renovation
- Old filing cabinets, metal desks and lockers
Haul only
We tear down old fences and haul them away (see fence removal). Screen rooms and other frames need to be down and in a pile before we haul them. Everything goes into our 15-yard dump trailer and leaves with us.
Where scrap metal comes from
Garages and sheds. Old shelving and tools are part of almost every garage cleanout.
Backyards. Rusted swing sets and trampoline frames? We tear them down and haul them away. See playset and trampoline removal.
Renovations and storm repairs. Contractors and homeowners in Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach call us for metal roofing, aluminum and pipe left over after a job. We haul it with the rest of the construction debris.
What helps us quote it
Text us a photo of the pile and something next to it for size, like a trash can. Mention anything very heavy, like engine blocks or steel beams, so Jake can price it right.

Frequently asked questions
Do you tear down fences or screen enclosures?
We tear down old fences and haul them away. Screen enclosures need to be down already, then we haul the panels and frames. Ask us about fence posts and footings.
Do you take lawn mowers?
Yes, once the gas and oil have been drained.
How much does scrap metal removal cost?
A small pile may be our $125 minimum. A big pile may be a quarter or half load. Text a photo for a price.
Can you take metal mixed with other junk?
Yes. It doesn’t need to be sorted.
